Application Process
To apply for the NCPA Elective Experiential Rotation, an interested student needs to:
- Obtain an application from the experiential program staff at their college/school of pharmacy or download the form from this site (see below),
- Complete the entire application, and
- Return the application to NCPA, via the school's experiential program coordinator for processing.
